Terms of Service

Thanks for using GoodCraft. These terms govern your use of our services (Script, Transform, Manage, Scan, App-Gen, and any future tools). By using GoodCraft, you agree to these terms.

When we say "Company," "we," "us," or "our," we mean GoodCraft. When we say "Service," we mean our websites and products. "You" means you, the person or organization using our Service.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and notify account holders. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Account Terms

  • You're responsible for your account security and password.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be a human. No bot accounts.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  • Free tiers are actually free. No credit card required, no data selling.
  • Upgrades are charged immediately. Your billing cycle starts on upgrade day.
  • Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
  • Refunds: See our Refund Policy for details.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice.
  • Taxes are your responsibility unless we're required to collect them.

Cancellation and Termination

  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Email requests don't count as cancellation.
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately. You won't be charged again, but we don't prorate unused time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at any time, for any reason.
  • Abuse gets you banned. Threats or abuse toward anyone at GoodCraft results in immediate termination.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Upload malicious code designed to harm others
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service in ways that negatively impact other users

Uptime and Security

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We take uptime seriously but don't offer SLAs.
  • We use encryption, backups, and security best practices.
  • We may access your account data only to: provide support (with your consent), fix errors, ensure security, or comply with legal requirements.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  • Your code is yours. We claim no ownership of content you create.
  • The Service is ours. You can't copy or redistribute our code, design, or branding without permission.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

CCPA: Under California law, GoodCraft is a "service provider." We process your data only for the purposes you signed up for. We don't sell your information.

GDPR/UK GDPR: If these regulations apply to you, our data processing practices comply with their requirements.

Liability

The Service is provided without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

In plain terms: using GoodCraft is a bet on us. We work hard to be worthy of that trust—but if things go wrong, the risk is yours.
